About ANWA
ANWA is a dermatologist-led, chronobiology-inspired skincare brand designed for professionals whose work, travel and rest patterns do not always follow traditional schedules. The system focuses on what the skin needs across its active and recovery cycles: cleansing, defence, protection, renewal and barrier support.
ANWA does not organise skincare around fixed clock labels. It organises care around skin function. The active cycle focuses on defence and protection, while the recovery cycle focuses on renewal, replenishment and barrier comfort. This allows the routine to adapt to the individual rather than forcing every user into the same schedule.
ANWA is founded and led by Dr. Anshul Warman, a senior dermatologist. The brand combines clinical insight, ingredient science and practical routine design for people managing demanding, changing or extended schedules.
ANWA is designed for adults experiencing concerns such as dullness, dehydration, uneven texture, pigmentation, fatigue-related skin changes or barrier discomfort, particularly those exposed to screen use, air-conditioning, pollution, travel, shift work and irregular rest patterns.
ANWA products are cosmetic skincare products intended to support healthy-looking skin and a consistent routine. They do not replace diagnosis, prescription treatment or personalised medical care. Persistent, severe or rapidly changing skin concerns should be assessed by a dermatologist.
The ANWA system comprises First Light™ Bio-Sync Cleanser, Peak Hour™ Active Defence Serum, TimeLock™ Barrier Repair Moisturiser, Repair Cycle™ Recovery Retinal Cream and Light Lock™ Adaptive SPF 50. Availability may vary during phased launches.
First Light™ Bio-Sync Cleanser and Peak Hour™ ActiveDefence Serum are the hero products of the ANWA range. Together, they establish the reset and defence foundation of the system.
Skin-Clock Science andCycle-Based Care
Chronobiology studies how biological functions change across recurring cycles. ANWA applies this principle to routine design by recognising that skin priorities are not static. Defence and environmental protection are emphasised during the active cycle, while renewal, hydration and barrier replenishment are emphasised during the recovery cycle.
The active cycle is the phase in which you are awake, exposed to light, working, travelling or interacting with the external environment. The routine focus is cleansing, antioxidant or defence support, moisturisation when needed and broad-spectrum sun protection.
The recovery cycle begins when external activity reduces and the body moves towards rest. The routine focus shifts to cleansing away accumulated residue, applying selected renewal products and supporting moisture and barrier lipids.
No. ANWA is designed around your personal activity and rest pattern. A healthcare professional, frequent traveller or shift worker may begin an active cycle at a different clock time from someone following a conventional schedule. The sequence matters more than a universal time label.
Yes. Anchor the routine to transitions rather than fixed hours. Begin the active-cycle routine when you start your functional phase, and begin the recovery-cycle routine when you are preparing for sustained rest.
Bio-Sync refers to aligning routine steps with the skin’s changing functional priorities. It does not imply that a cosmetic product can reset the body’s internal clock. It describes ANWA’s cycle-based approach to cleansing, defence, protection, renewal and replenishment.
No. Skincare can support the skin’s surface condition, but it cannot replace adequate rest, balanced nutrition, physical activity, stress management or medical care. ANWA is designed to complement these foundations.
Yes. The system is suitable for both conventional and non-traditional schedules. Users simply identify their own active and recovery transitions and apply the relevant routine steps.
Choosing and Using the ANWA System
No. The complete system offers a coordinated routine, but products can also be selected according to skin needs, tolerance and budget. A simple foundation may begin with cleansing, moisturisation and sun protection, followed by targeted products when appropriate.
Use First Light™ Bio-Sync Cleanser, followed by Peak Hour™ Active Defence Serum, TimeLock™ Barrier Repair Moisturiser when additional comfort is required, and Light Lock™ Adaptive SPF 50 as the final protection step.
Use First Light™ Bio-Sync Cleanser, followed by Repair Cycle™ Recovery Retinal Cream on selected recovery cycles, and finish with TimeLock™ Barrier Repair Moisturiser. On barrier-focused recovery cycles, First Light™ may be followed directly by TimeLock™.
Introduce one targeted product at a time so that skin tolerance can be observed clearly. Keep the rest of the routine simple, follow the usage directions, and avoid adding several high-intensity actives together
Use the skin-concern guidance on each product page, review the complete ingredient list and consider your current routine, sensitivities and treatment history. For persistent acne, eczema, rosacea, pigmentation disorders or other medical concerns, seek personalised dermatological advice.
They can generally be incorporated into an existing routine, but compatibility depends on the ingredients already being used. Avoid unnecessary duplication of retinoids, exfoliating acids or other potentially irritating actives.
Follow the quantity guidance on the relevant product page and package. Applying more than recommended does not necessarily improve results and may increase irritation, pilling or product wastage.
Hydration and comfort may be noticed relatively early, while visible changes in texture, tone or firmness usually require sustained use. Exact timelines vary by formula, skin condition, adherence and lifestyle. ANWA will publish numerical timelines only where supported by appropriate finished-product testing.
The complete ingredient list is provided on the product packaging and should also be displayed on the relevant product page. When packaging and website information differ because of a formula update, refer to the ingredient list on the product received.
Keep products tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excess heat and humidity. Follow any additional storage instructions printed on the package.
Safety, Sensitivity and Compatibility
Patch testing is advisable, particularly for sensitive or reactive skin and for products containing active ingredients. Apply a small amount to a discreet area and observe for intolerance before wider use. A patch test cannot predict every possible reaction.
Stop using the suspected product, rinse the skin if appropriate and simplify the routine. Persistent redness, swelling, pain, blistering or worsening symptoms require medical assessment. Keep the package and batch details available when contacting ANWA support.
Suitability depends on the individual product, complete ingredient list and the nature of the sensitivity. Barrier-supporting and gentle-cleansing products may be appropriate for many users, but highly reactive skin should introduce products cautiously and seek professional advice when needed.
Retinoid-containing products, including Repair Cycle™, should not be used during pregnancy. Anyone who is pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding should review the complete routine with their treating doctor before use.
Do not combine Repair Cycle™ with prescription retinoids such as tretinoin or adapalene unless your dermatologist specifically advises it. Other ANWA products may be suitable as supportive care, but prescription routines should remain clinician-directed.
Post-procedure care varies according to the procedure, intensity and individual healing response. Follow the treating dermatologist’s instructions and do not restart active products until clearance is given.
Basic cleansing, moisturisation and sun protection may be appropriate for many teenagers, but targeted active products should be selected according to need and professional guidance. Retinal should not be treated as a default product for younger users.
ANWA will display these claims only on products for which the relevant testing and documentation are available. Absence of a badge should not be interpreted as a negative claim; it means that ANWA is avoiding unsupported language.
Orders and Payments
Select the required products, add them to the cart, review the order details and complete checkout. An order is confirmed after successful payment or acceptance of an available payment-on-delivery option.
Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may include cards, UPI, net banking, wallets or payment on delivery, depending on serviceability and current payment-partner support.
Payment on delivery may depend on the delivery pin code, order value, prior order history and courier availability. The checkout page will display whether the option is available for a specific order.
Product pages and checkout will state whether listed prices include applicable taxes. Shipping or payment-on-delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before the order is placed.
Occasionally, a bank or payment gateway may debit an amount before confirming the transaction. Check your order confirmation and payment status. If no confirmed order appears, contact ANWA support with the transaction reference. Reversal timelines are controlled by the bank or payment provider.
Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, only one discount code may be applied to an order. Product exclusions, minimum order values and validity conditions are displayed with the relevant offer.

Tracking details are shared after dispatch through the contact channel linked to the order. The tracking link may take some time to become active after the courier receives the shipment.

Address changes may be accepted only before dispatch. Contact support immediately. Once the courier has received the shipment, ANWA may not be able to redirect it.
The courier may make another attempt or contact you using the number provided with the order. Please respond to courier communication and ensure that the address and pin code are accurate.
A shipment may be returned because of repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal, an incomplete address or an unserviceable location. Re-dispatch, refund eligibility and any applicable deductions will be handled according to the Shipping and Return Policies.
Check with household members, reception, security personnel or neighbours who may have accepted it. If the parcel is still unlocated, contact ANWA support promptly so that a courier investigation can be initiated.

Cancellations, Returns,Replacements and Refunds
Cancellation may be requested before dispatch. Once the order has entered courier movement, it ordinarily cannot be cancelled and will be handled under the applicable return or replacement process.
ANWA does not ordinarily charge a cancellation fee for an order cancelled before dispatch. Any exceptional condition will be disclosed clearly before purchase and applied in accordance with applicable law.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used or tampered skincare products are ordinarily not eligible for return because of preference, texture, fragrance or change of mind. This does not limit rights relating to damaged, defective, expired, incorrect or materially misdescribed products.
A claim may be considered when the wrong product is delivered, an item is missing, the product arrives damaged or leaking, the seal is compromised, the product is expired, or a verified manufacturing or fulfilment defect is identified.
Contact ANWA support within the reporting period stated in the Return and Refund Policy. Provide the order number, photographs of the shipping label and package, photographs of the product and batch details. An opening video is helpful but should not be treated as the only possible evidence.
No. Individual sensitivity can occur even when a product meets quality specifications. ANWA will review the product, batch, usage history, accompanying products and available evidence. Serious or unexpected reactions may also be escalated for safety review.
Approved refunds are generally initiated to the original payment method. For eligible payment-on-delivery orders, additional verified banking details may be required. The time taken for the amount to appear is determined by the bank or payment provider.
Where ANWA supplied a wrong, damaged, defective or expired product, eligible resolution costs will be borne by ANWA. Shipping charges related to non-defect or customer-originated issues are handled according to the applicable policy.
Sale status does not remove statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products. Other return conditions may differ and will be disclosed with the promotion.
ANWA may offer an approved refund, store credit or another mutually acceptable resolution, depending on the nature of the claim and stock availability.
