These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) govern access to and use of (the Website) and purchases made through it. By accessing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. A person under 18 may use the Website only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the use of the Website and any resulting order.
2. Account and Information Accuracy
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate account, billing, delivery and contact information. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Products and Cosmetic Use
ANWA Chronoderm products, including First Light™ — Bio-Sync Cleanser, Peak Hour™ — Active Defence Serum, Light Lock™ — Adaptive SPF 50, Repair Cycle™ — Recovery Retinal Cream, and TimeLock™ — Barrier Repair Moisturiser, are manufactured under applicable licences by Zymo Cosmetics, Santej, Gujarat, and marketed by ANWA Chronoderm Pvt Ltd.
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, packaging, shades, colours and textures accurately. Screen settings, photography, packaging updates and permitted batch-to-batch variations may affect how a product appears.
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and information on the Website is not a substitute for individual medical advice.
Follow the label directions, review the ingredient list and perform a patch test where appropriate. If irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
4. No Doctor–Patient Relationship
General educational information on the Website does not create a doctor–patient relationship with the founder, ANWA Chronoderm or any associated professional. A personalised diagnosis or treatment plan requires an appropriate clinical consultation.
5. Pricing, Taxes and Payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, cash-on-delivery fees or other applicable charges will be shown before order confirmation.
We may change prices, offers or product availability without prior notice. If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue a refund for the amount paid.
Payments are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers. We do not directly store your complete card number, CVV, UPI PIN or online-banking credentials.
6. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not constitute final acceptance.
We may accept, limit or decline an order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, geographic service limitations, regulatory restrictions or an obvious pricing error. Acceptance occurs when the order is dispatched or otherwise confirmed as fulfilled.
If we cancel a prepaid order, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law.
7. Shipping, Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Order processing, delivery estimates, cancellation eligibility, return conditions, replacements and refunds are governed by our separate Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable right available to a consumer under applicable law.
8. Offers, Promotions and Bundles
Promotional offers, coupon codes, gifts, bundles and loyalty benefits may be subject to additional conditions, validity periods, minimum order values, product exclusions or usage limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, transferred or exchanged for cash.
We may withdraw or correct a promotion where required because of error, misuse, fraud, stock limits or legal requirements.

The Website and its content, including the ANWA Chronoderm name, logo, SkinClock Science, product names First Light™, Peak Hour™, Light Lock™, Repair Cycle™ and TimeLock™, product copy, graphics, photographs, videos, icons, page design and other materials, are owned by or licensed to ANWA Chronoderm Pvt Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial shopping and information. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, scrape, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission.
10. Reviews and User Content
Where the Website permits reviews, comments, photographs or other submissions, you must provide content that is accurate, lawful and based on genuine experience. 16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any forum that cannot legally be excluded, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
