Retinal is a purposeful active—not a step to rush. Repair Cycle makes room for a dedicated renewal routine, paired with gentle cleansing, adequate moisturising and thoughtful UV protection.

0.5% retinal (founder-confirmed) — Retinaldehyde is a vitamin A derivative used in visible texture and fine-line routines. Exact delivered active concentration and encapsulation loading should be checked against the manufacturer’s batch records.
Encapsulated delivery system — The source formulation describes encapsulated Vegan DDS Retinal; finished-formula stability and tolerability require validation.
Biopeptide + copper peptide — Peptide ingredients included to complement a well-ageing formulation; do not equate peptide presence with clinically demonstrated lifting.
Panthenol + vitamin E + L-arginine — Conditioning and formulation-support ingredients included in the recovery cream.

Recovery is a priority, not a universal 10 pm appointment. Repair Cycle belongs in a consistent lower-UV, rest-oriented routine; because it contains retinal, application timing and sun protection must also respect established retinoid precautions.

01 Use on clean, thoroughly dry skin in the evening or before a low-UV rest period. Avoid eyes, lip corners and broken skin.
02 If you are new to retinal or are sensitive, begin about 2 nights per week and increase only as tolerated; 0.5% is not a beginner-strength claim.
03 Apply a thin, even layer; use TimeLock as needed for comfort.
04 Use broad-spectrum sunscreen during daylight UV exposure. Stop if significant irritation occurs and obtain professional advice.

Use First Light to cleanse and TimeLock for moisturising support. During daylight UV exposure, use Light Lock after appropriate testing and release; avoid piling on additional irritating actives initially.

Contains 0.5% retinal. Avoid use in pregnancy or when trying to conceive. Do not apply to broken/irritated skin, eyelids or directly around eyes. Introduce gradually, protect from UV exposure and discontinue if irritation is significant.
